An article on Business Insider about RLOC had me take a second look at this recent IPO. I liked them before the article, so put in a limit order that will probably fire today.

NVS New Again?
Monday, June 28th, 2010Once in a while I find something interesting in my InvestorPlace newsletter, this time an new look at an old stock that I did well with: Novartis. I would have been delighted if I had thought of this at the beginning of the month, but it may still have some room after a pull back to go up again. Setting my sights at $46 today.
One downside to this stock is the foreign income tax, which can be hard to remember to factor into future earnings when planning buys and sells.

Saturday, June 26th, 2010…I’m down ~11% from the first posting on 10/21/2009. Still, they have 21% insider/major holders today, and they have been doing no more than the usual selling for profit taking and some minor buying that could be PR or cautious accumulation, so I’m contemplating buying some more. My hesitation is their debt, which is OK for a bio-tech, but ripe for a share offering that would dilute the current shares. My timing has been off lately, so that would happen about 2 -3 minutes after I bought.
