I tracked Textron back when everything went to hell (no, not last week, 2009). Now I see a Fool article that says I was right… but I didn’t, so I don’t. But maybe again? We’ll see.

I like their business model. Of course, if I wasn’t lazy, I would have found them before everyone else did, but I will count on the fickle behavior of the market to give me another chance at picking them up at a bargain.

Being a native of CA, I used to believe that. Older and wiser (sort of), I know better, which does not detract from my observation the PG&E is forward thinking in buying fuel cells from FCEL. While I read about this in a pitch for FCEL, it makes me more interested in the long-term buy of PCG.

Too Late…This Time

Actually, almost every time I find an article on an opportunity it is a bit late in the cycle for my paranoid taste. How some ever, few charts have straight lines and I can always watch for a drop that makes it worthwhile again. Case in point is this article at Motley Fool about Community Bank System (NYSE: CBU). Now I will just wait for a pull-back and then see if the value is still there.
