Ripe for a buy, or ready to fall off the map? AEO came up on my radar watching the Yahoo! Finance Losers for bargains, but I didn’t pull the trigger. OTOH, I’ve done well with retail before…but not every time. Anyway, an article at InvestorPlace.com got me to thinking about them again. What do you think?
