The play I chickened out of in the real world for SYNA and blogged here on Saturday worked out. On WSS I picked up the stock at 24.99 and sold at 30.00 for a fast profit. Before I break my arm patting myself on the back, I know darn well that just as many plays have backfired, such as my repeated buys of FAZ on its way down to a huge reverse split that still has me holding and hoping for a break even that probably won’t come.

Saturday, August 1st, 2009When I see a stock like SYNA drop over 30% in a day, I wonder if the traders are stupid or if they know something the rest of us don’t. I’m still not sure, so I made the buy in WallStreetSurvivor rather than with real money, though I am tempted. Today, askStockGuru has them going to the $36 range. The CAPS Fools generally like, with some healthy dissonance.
